DIRECTIONS: From the Brady square travel 3.8 miles east of Brady on FM 714. Continue traveling east as FM 714 becomes CR404. Turn right (south) onto CR 406 and continue until you see the high fence. The ranch will be on your right hand side (west side of CR 406.)
